Bid it right. Build it once.

Commercial glazing lives or dies on two things: an accurate takeoff and a delivery that lands when the sequence calls for it. Tier One Custom Windows bids storefront, curtain wall, entrance, and window wall packages for general contractors and construction managers across Austin and Central Texas — carrying the submittals, the shop drawings, the lead times, and the closeout documentation so the envelope isn't the item holding up your schedule.

Systems from the manufacturers you spec

Commercial packages are sourced from established architectural aluminum lines, so what we install matches what the drawings called for:

  • Tubelite® architectural aluminum systems
  • U.S. Aluminum® storefront & curtain wall
  • Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope® glazing systems
  • Panda® large-format sliding & folding systems
  • Insulated, Low-E, tempered, laminated & spandrel glass

Equipped for the units nobody else wants

Monumental glass, high placements, and tight urban sites are a staffing and equipment problem before they're a glazing problem. We carry both:

  • Certified operators for cranes & large equipment
  • Monumental units & oversized glass handling
  • Occupied-building & after-hours phasing
  • Tenant improvement work in live retail & office
  • Cement block, stucco & masonry repair around openings

Why commercial GCs keep us on the bid list

A Bid You Can Actually Use

Line-item takeoffs off your plans with system, glass type, finish, and lead time called out — not a lump sum you have to go back and unpack.

Submittals & Closeout Handled

Shop drawings, product data, finish samples, and warranty documentation come from us on schedule, so your submittal log isn't waiting on the glazier.

Sequenced to the Critical Path

Dry-in dates matter. We stage delivery and installation against your schedule and flag a slipping lead time the week we hear about it.

Residential Precision, Commercial Scale

Our crews came up doing luxury residential work where a 1/8" reveal gets noticed. That standard doesn't get switched off on a storefront.

Commercial glazing FAQs

What commercial systems do you install?

Aluminum storefront, stick-built and captured curtain wall, window wall, punched-opening assemblies, entrances (narrow, medium, and all-glass stile), interior storefront, and large-format sliding and folding systems. Sourced from Tubelite®, U.S. Aluminum®, Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope®, and Panda®.

Will you bid off a plan set, or do you need a site visit?

We can take off directly from drawings for budget and bid purposes, and we field-verify before anything is released for fabrication. On renovation and tenant improvement work we'll want to walk the site — existing conditions rarely match the as-builts.

Do you carry the submittals and shop drawings?

Yes. Shop drawings, product data, finish samples, and closeout warranty documentation are part of the scope. Give us the submittal schedule at award and we'll work to it.

Can you work in an occupied building?

Regularly. Tenant improvement work in live retail, office, and restaurant space is a normal part of our commercial mix, including after-hours and phased installation to keep the space operating.

Can you handle monumental or high-placement units?

Yes — we keep certified operators for cranes and large equipment in-house, which is usually what decides whether oversized glass is a problem or just another install day.

What if the project is residential instead?

Custom homes, remodels, and additions run through our residential contractor program.

Send us the plan set

Give us the drawings, the spec section, and your dry-in date. We'll come back with a line-item takeoff, real lead times, and a submittal schedule we can hold to.
