Residential trade FAQs
Do you offer trade pricing on supply-only orders?
Yes. You can buy the window and door package at trade pricing and install with your own crews. We'll still do the takeoff and verify openings before anything is ordered — a mis-measure costs you far more than it costs us.
How early should we get you involved on a custom build?
As soon as framing dimensions are locked, and ideally at plan review. Lead times on premium and custom units run several weeks, and early involvement keeps glazing off your critical path. See our new construction page for how we sequence a full build.
Will you deal with our homeowner directly?
Only if you want us to. Some builders hand us the client for selections and glass packages; others prefer we stay entirely behind the scenes. Tell us which at the scope call and we'll hold to it.
Do you handle the drywall, paint, and exterior repair after the install?
Yes — that's a large part of why GCs use us. Sheetrock, paint, siding, brick, stone, and stucco around the opening are handled by our own crews, so you're not lining up three more subs behind the glazing.
What if the project is commercial instead?
