Questions about these projects

Are these real Tier One projects?

Yes. Every photo on this page is from a completed Tier One Custom Windows installation in Austin and Central Texas — no stock photography and no renderings. Each before-and-after pair is the same opening, photographed before the work started and again after the install was finished.

How long does a project like these take?

Most whole-home projects in the Austin area are installed in one to three days once product arrives. Manufacturing lead times vary by product line, so we confirm your install date when the order is placed and sequence the work to keep your home secure and livable throughout.

Who repairs the trim, siding, and sheetrock around the opening?

We do. Our crews finish what the install touches — sheetrock and drywall repair, paint, siding, brick, stone and stucco work, and interior and exterior trim — so you are not left sequencing three more subcontractors behind us.

Which windows and doors are in these photos?

A mix of product lines specified to each home. Tier One is a Pella® Certified Contractor and also installs Panda® multi-slide, folding, lift & slide and pivot systems — see the Pella and Panda pages for what each line covers.

Can I see more photos of a specific style?
